1. Advisory Calls

Once a session has been completed, it is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Audit Services

Audit reports are personalized and prepared based on information provided by the client. As such, they are non-refundable once delivered.

3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Failure to attend a scheduled call without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your session with no refund.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the charge, and we will review your case.
